Hi my name is Cody St. Jacques - your go-to agent for all things Guelph and surrounding areas.

I am a naturalized citizen of Guelph - having moved here during my teens to pursue a hockey career with the Guelph Storm. Originally from the small Northern Ontario community of Iroquois Falls, a move to Guelph was a big deal. But it wasn't long before Iroquois Falls was my hometown, and Guelph was home (sorry mom). I met my wife here. My daughter was born here. My entire wedding party, outside of my brother-in-law, have ties to Guelph. The sense of community, the people, and opportunities made the decision setting my roots here an easy one.

Following my time with Guelph Storm, I attended the University of Guelph to study Economic and Finance. It was during this time in 2012 that I was offered the opportunity to work a summer job at Coldwell Banker with the DiLoreto and Long team. As a finance student, real estate was never on my radar but I loved the fast paced environment, getting to work with people everyday, and the sense of pride that went into your work as it was a direct reflection of you.

With over a decade of Real Estate experience, involvement in 1000+ sales (preconstruction & resale) and the tutelage of some great mentors over the years I'm proud of the service and expertise I can offer my clients. I pride myself on having integrity and providing sound, honest advice. I believe every transaction should be viewed independently, as no two people's circumstances are exactly alike. Depending on your situation it may not always be the best time to buy or sell, sometimes doing nothing is the right advice. I believe in developing the relationship over any single transaction.
